1. Where can I find the iPhone InnoCaption Manual?
2. How do I activate Simultaneous Voice and Data (SVD) on my iPhone?
In your phone, go into Settings, then Cellular. Set Cellular Data to Green. Tap Cellular Data Option and then slide Enable LTE to Green. Select Voice & Data to enable Simultaneous Voice and Data on your iPhone. For more information, please refer to page 5 (Set Simultaneous Voice & Data) on our InnoCaption User’s Manual for iPhone.
3. I have an iPhone 5 SE on Verizon. Will it work with InnoCaption?
If you have an iPhone 5 SE on Verizon, and are having connection problems when not on Wi-Fi, take your phone to the Verizon store and ask them to turn on your Simultaneous Voice and Data (SVD). This phone DOES support Simultaneous Voice and Data, but may require assistance from the Verizon store to activate it.
4. Why does my iPhone ask me if I want to call 804-255-1234 when I dial out?
If you have installed the latest iOS (10.3), you will be asked to confirm that you want to dial that number before the dialing begins. This change by Apple was done to prevent malicious hacking done previously. However, because of this change, InnoCaption users will be asked if they want to call 804-255-1234 every time they dial out. This will not impact the way calls are made, except for that extra step.
5. Why is there a number in a red circle on top of the InnoCaption Icon?
The number inside the red circle reflect how many voice messages your currently have on your InnoCaption voicemail.
6. How do I block an unwanted caller?
You can block unwanted calls by opening your InnoCaption App and accessing your Recent calls. To block a call, slide left on the number you wish to block. Tap More followed by Add to Block List. To unblock the number, tap Block List in your Setting menu, followed by Trash, and confirm by clicking Yes. For more information, please visit the How To Block Unwanted Call section on our iPhone manual.
