Where can I get my 1099 forms for tax filing?
  1. Log in to the CA - Scheduler Web.
  2. Navigate to PAYMENT.
  3. Choose 1099 HISTORY.
  4. Select Open/Download File for the desired year.
  5. Right-click and select Print or Save (options may vary depending on your web browser).
What are the hours for day, peak and night shifts?

Peak*:          11am-4pm CT
Day:              7am-11am and 4pm-11pm CT
Night:           11pm-7am CT

*Peak hours only valid during weekdays (Mon-Fri), reverts to Day rates on weekends

I will be moving (or working from another location). Do I need to fill out a form?
