Can I use InnoCaption Bot on my phone or tablet?
No. InnoCaption Bot is currently only available through InnoCaption Web, which requires a desktop browser.
Do I need to be the host to use InnoCaption Bot?
No. You can invite the Bot as a participant by pasting the meeting link, even if you're not the host. However, depending on the platform's settings, the host may need to admit the Bot into the meeting.
Does it work for recurring meetings?
Yes. As long as you have the correct meeting link and the settings allow guest participants, InnoCaption Bot can join recurring meetings.
Does InnoCaption Bot work for one-on-one calls?
No. The Bot is designed for group meetings on supported platforms. For individual phone calls, please continue using the InnoCaption mobile app or InnoCaption Web with real-time captioning.
Can I save the transcripts?
Yes. Once your meeting ends, you’ll have the option to view and download the full transcript from your InnoCaption Web dashboard.
